The house was great! Beds were comfortable, place was clean, ever room had a ceiling fan which is awesome. And it’s right down the road from all the good restaurants in town. Would stay here again for sure.

The Lazy Bear was a little piece of heaven for my husband and me to enjoy when we needed to get out of the city. It is in a beautiful area, the house was spotless, and it had everything we needed. In addition, when we had questions, Brian was back in touch right away, even coming by to help us with something we could have done ourselves.

Brian's apartment was just what i needed and was looking for. The place is clean and updated. Comfy bed and couch, hot shower and i felt like i was at home (apartment style). Brian is an amazing host with very fast responses and handles things very professionally. Thank you Sir.

We had such an amazing stay at this cabin on the Caddo River! The property was incredibly private and serene, making it the perfect getaway for our family. The wildlife around the cabin was beautiful to watch, and the fishing was excellent — such a peaceful experience right outside the door. The cabin itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My 3 kiddos absolutely loved the upstairs area — it had such a fun summer camp vibe that made the trip even more memorable for them. I also have to mention the host. I have honestly never seen a host so dedicated to fixing any issues so quickly and making sure guests were taken care of. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. They even recommended a great company for kayaking/canoeing that the kids absolutely loved. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway on the river!

Great host, Brian was very responsive to every message. The house is very nice and spacious. Nice furniture and plenty of beds. Our stay for 2 weeks at his place was great. Felt right at home. Will definitely stay again next work trip.

The Lazy Bear is the kind of place you just don't want to leave! It was very clean and decorated so cute. The beds were comfortable. My favorite part was the bathroom with the soaker tub. Amazing!!! And also had a great host.

Such a cute house! Having 2 full bathrooms was really nice. The trek down to the river was a little ways, but we had such a pretty view, we didn't mind!
